General Information
The Site Security Representative ensures implementation of the Corporate Security Policy at the manufacturing site. The role supports the Plant Manager and Corporate Security on all matters related to physical security, compliance, documentation governance, crisis readiness, and on-ground security operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Physical Security Management
- Oversee daily physical security operations including access control, surveillance monitoring, patrols, and incident response.
- Ensure maximum uptime of security infrastructure (CCTV, access control, alarms, IR sensors).
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and AMC activities.
- Manage end-to-end roster planning, shift scheduling, and deployment.
- Maintain security team documentation including attendance, duty rosters, and deployment logs.
- Address grievances and welfare issues of the security staff in coordination with vendor supervisors.
- Ensure manpower discipline and operational readiness.
- Ensure all security documents remain updated and compliant with policy.
- Submit documents nearing expiry one month in advance to Corporate Security for review.
- Maintain version control and implement only approved documents.
- Maintain and update Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and readiness.
- Support Crisis Management Exercises (CME) every 3 years, extendable to 5 years if tested by real events.
- Keep crisis roles, contacts, and escalation procedures updated.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring documents and processes are audit-ready.
- Track and close audit findings within defined timelines.
- Participate in bi-monthly Jour Fixe meetings for clarifications, issue escalation, and updates.
- Act as liaison between Corporate Security, plant management, and other departments.
- Implementation of the Site Security Concept after consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Regular review of the Site Security Concept.
- Implementation of defined site security measures and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Incident reporting as per corporate standards.
- Promoting on-site security awareness.
- Taking over any additional security-related tasks assigned by the Site Security Manager or Regional Security Manager.

- Graduate degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing security operations.
- Experience in team handling, vendor management, roster planning, and compliance documentation.
- Certifications (CPP/CPO/BCP) preferred but optional.
- Candidate from Defense services background is preferred
