celebrity campaigns.

? Strong command over written and spoken English.

? Proven ability to create impactful presentations and pitch decks.

? Experience in talent negotiations and relationship management with celebrity

influencers or their agencies.

? Collaborate with internal teams to understand client briefs, develop strategic

plans for celebrity influencer campaigns, and align with brand objectives.

? Deep understanding and thorough management of the campaign lifecycle, from

initial planning to execution and post-campaign reporting.

? Strategize and pitch celebrity-led influencer plans to clients proactively,

ensuring alignment with brand priorities and long-term objectives.

? Execute campaigns effectively within agreed timelines, ensuring high-quality

delivery across all activities.

? Lead and mentor Influencer Strategists to implement campaigns, ensuring

projects are error-free and aligned with the brief.

? Monitor and report the performance of celebrity influencer campaigns, using

data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrity influencers, publicists,

and talent agencies to secure partnerships.

? Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with celebrity influencers or their

representatives to maximize ROI for the brand.

? Drive innovation in celebrity influencer strategies to achieve business value and

enhance brand impact.
