Ensures that Schlumberger client contracts for products and/or services signed in the GeoMarket are in compliance with the Client Contracts Risk Standard, or have an exemption granted as per the Client Contracts Risk Standard exemption approval process.

Participates in the tender evaluation, assessment and response process with Sales and Marketing to ensure contract-related items are properly addressed.

Assists the Area Contracts Manager and Area General Counsel on special projects when required.

Manages and supervises the contracts personnel (i.e. contracts analysts, etc.) in the GeoMarket.

Manages contracts claims or disputes with the support of the Legal Department whenever necessary.

Collaborates with the Legal Department, as appropriate to ensure contractual risks are clearly identified and properly addressed in contractual provisions.

Participates in the Contracts Function training and development initiatives and completes all assigned training.

Participates in assigned Contracts Function and Marketing Department Management strategic initiatives.
