What Youll Do

???? Grow Schmoozes Creator Program

• Find meme legends before they blow up scout, stalk (respectfully), and slide into DMs.
• Pitch our creator program like a boss and get creators hyped to join Schmooze.
• Build real relationships not just "likes" and "follows.
  
• Be the go-to person for creators and help grow a loyal, thriving meme fam.
• Spot trends, suggest wild ideas, and help make Schmooze the place for meme culture in India.

???? Drive Great Content Experience on Schmooze App

• Plan meme content supply across categories, humor styles, and supported languages
• Stay glued to trends, plug content gaps, and make sure everyone gets to see memes theyd swipe right on and share.
• Lead our in-house meme officer team (they source, you guide) and make sure no meme drought ever hits the app.
• Keep them motivated, on-trend, and aligned with our content goals.
• And keep them engaged as a team - share updates, feedback, and weekly content challenges for them to bond on.
• Bring Schmooze creators and meme officers together to give every user a great meme swiping experience!
• Team up with internal squads to make sure every meme on the app aligns with the Schmooze brand and hits the right user vibe.
• Basically, run the meme universe behind the scenes quietly iconic.

What an ideal candidate looks like

???? A people person Are a smooth talker, natural connector, and have big main-character energy.

????Can sell without sounding like an insurance agent.

???? Up to date with the latest internet culture, TikTok/Instagram trends, and Gen Z humor

? Fast, organised, and always on top of things

?????Speaks English and Hindi fluently. Also knowing Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Gujarati would be a huge plus

???? Prior experience in community management, influencer marketing, or creator relations is a big plus
