Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) is a pioneering electrical and automation brand with a rich legacy of over 70 years in India. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.
L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
  • Sales responsibility from Industry End Users or as per Branch need.
  • Work with set of assigned customers for preference generation.
  • Extensive promotion of LV & MV Switchgear Products with focus on Digital Products & IEC61439 Panel Solutions and Bus duct Solutions.
  • Daily activity planning, scheduling, opportunity creation, order win/loss analysis, Push to SAP, CACO analysis & usage of knowledge portal etc.
  • Good understanding of Low Voltage & MV its application which needs to be utilized at customer places.
  • To conduct sales promotion activities like - IPTs, Product Demos/presentations & Seminars.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong basics of Switchgear product range & its application.
  • Techno-Commercial understanding of Competition product range.
  • Good knowledge of End Customer base within territory
  • Professionalism and Perseverance in the approach
  • Expertise in Handling project-related business. The candidate should have strong technical and negotiation skills. 
  • Good communication & presentation skills. Good Hindi, English preferable.
  • Time management & customer relationship management
Experience - 3-6 years
