Job Description
- As an experienced SAP Consultant with 8 years of SAP experience, you have successfully completed complex projects encompassing Core template design, build, validation, roll-out, and support in the SAP LE (Logistics Execution) and SD modules. Your hands-on expertise includes various areas such as Intercompany Sales (SO/PO Scenario, Cross-company STO, and Intercompany Billing), Transportation (Freight cost pricing and settlement), Shipping (Packing, Loading, and Post good issue), Foreign trade, Customs, Availability check, IDOCS/EDI, user exits, and debugging skills.
You are expected to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in SAP Logistics Execution and integration domains. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enable you to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, adapting your communication style to suit different audiences. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this role.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you are a team player with strong networking capabilities. You possess the capacity to challenge partners when necessary and showcase added value in your relationships with them.
In your role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support within your area of expertise. This includes offering on-demand support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams, as well as partners managing data center administration tasks such as database administration, upgrades, and performance enhancements.
You will be the primary point of contact for escalated solution issues, ensuring that tickets are addressed promptly, resolved, tested, and closed according to defined processes. Your support activities will involve functional analysis, feedback, recommendations, and interaction with the AM factory.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in analyzing release content within your area of specialization, recommending optimal testing strategies, and coordinating with regional/local support teams and testing factories to ensure a thorough release validation process.
Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating, challenging, and validating recommendations and actions proposed by partners in the AM, Solution, MD, and Testing factories within your domain. Collaborating with the Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders organization, you will contribute to problem-solving efforts and enhancements.

Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting deployments, covering scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, and transitioning to AM. A solid understanding of SAP, along with functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Processes, will be essential for success in this role.
Qualifications for this position include a Graduate degree and a minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within an international setting.
