Job Description
We are looking for the Senior Communications Manager (Gulf Cluster) to be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that strengthen the organization’s brand, enhance internal and external engagement, and align messaging with the company’s business objectives. The role involves managing public relations and ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
Responsinilities:
- Define the communication strategy and plan for the Gulf Cluster.
- Drive Gulf Cluster communications campaigns, for targeted audiences (external and internal).
- Create executive thought leadership content, speeches and media briefings.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure high-quality earned media coverage across multiple communications channels.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with media contacts to maximize brand exposure.
- Act as the primary liaison between the brand and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Public Relations efforts with marketing, sales for Tier 3rd party events.
- Conceptualize and execute impactful Public Relations stories, ensuring they align with the brand’s identity and drive strong media coverage and public engagement.
- Support changes and transformations with communications activities, in respective scope.
- Draft speeches, messages, newsletters and other communications that drive employee engagement.
- Responsible for share of voice targets and managing expectations on measurement with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Public Relations or corporate communications.
- Experience in media or public relations agencies is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge of branding processes and tools.
