Job Description
- The Senior Tech Partner will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support services to end users. This role involves engaging with business stakeholders, performing data analysis, and supporting AI, ML, and RPA projects to ensure seamless IT operations and contribute to the adoption of new technologies and digital strategies.
You will provide IT support based on the TechStop, desk-side, and remote model, including hardware break & fix services and L1 support for audio/visual equipment. Additionally, you will deliver hands & eye support for infra/connectivity tasks under remote team guidance and offer high-level VIP support for special events, meetings, townhalls, and training sessions.
Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their IT needs, providing appropriate solutions, and participating in close discussions to support AI, ML, and RPA use cases/projects will be part of your responsibilities. You will explore potential flagship use cases in all verticals, act as the SPOC for digital across all domains and lines of business, and be accountable for all digital activities conducted in the cluster.
Furthermore, you will partner in change management adoption, promote new ways of working, act as a guarantor of Schneider Digital Strategy, policies, and rules, ensuring proper management and security of local equipment and data. You will also serve as a Digital Citizen model, business partner, and IT role model.
To be successful in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is helpful, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support/project services. Having an overall technical understanding of all IT platforms and services, experience with ITSM tools and support for VIP users, and familiarity with AI, ML, and RPA projects are advantageous. Excellent communication, interpersonal, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. Being able to work independently and as part of a team is essential, and ITIL, Microsoft, or Project Management certification will be a plus.
