This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Associate. The Inside Sales Associate will focus on driving lead generation, managing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and their families to understand their needs, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance the sales journey and contributing to the overall growth of Schola Classes.

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to effectively engage with prospective customers and drive enrollment.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support.
• Account Management skills to manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress.
