Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Associate at Schola Classes. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers to drive sales efforts, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, managing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a critical role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work on lead generation and develop strategies to convert leads into customers

    Experience with account management, ensuring customer retention and long-term partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the EdTech industry is advantageous
