Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Solutions Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for driving sales of our consulting services, training programs for corporate entities and
MSMEs, as well as coaching sessions for business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed
revenue targets. Identify key market segments, potential clients, and innovative sales
approaches.
2. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing
clients. Conduct consultations, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
3. Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities. Network, attend
industry events, and leverage referrals to expand the client base.
4. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative selling approach to understand client pain points
and offer comprehensive solutions that align with their business objectives.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team to ensure a seamless transition from
sales to service delivery, maintaining consistent communication with clients to guarantee
satisfaction.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market
trends. Analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
? Proven track record in sales, preferably within consulting or B2B services.
? Strong understanding of business processes and a knack for conveying complex ideas.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
