Job Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced Data Scientists to join our clients teams. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing statistical models, and applying machine learning algorithms to extract valuable insights and drive data-informed decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to identify business problems and propose innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to uncover patterns and trends in large datasets.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models using statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows to efficiently clean, transform, and preprocess data for analysis.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing.
• Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations.

• Monitor and evaluate model performance and make necessary refinements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques and apply them to enhance existing models and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong proficiency in Python/R and popular data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI) to effectively present insights.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
