Job Title : National Sales Manager
Department : Sales & Marketing
Location : Bhopal (with frequent travel across India)
Experience Required : Minimum 15 years in sales, with relevant experience in diagnostics, food safety, laboratory solutions, or related industries preferred.
Position Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented National Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations across India. This leadership role involves developing strategic sales plans, building high-performance teams, expanding customer reach, and ensuring revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
- The ideal candidate will bring in-depth industry knowledge and strong business acumen in diagnostics or food testing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy in line with business objectives.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Set and monitor sales targets for regional teams.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and field sales executives.
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Business Development:
- Build strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Drive key account management and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations:
- Forecast sales trends, manage pipelines, and ensure timely reporting.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional activities and product launches.

- Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure end-to-end customer support.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for product development and market positioning.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field. MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Relevant industry experience in diagnostic kits, food safety, laboratory testing, or scientific instrumentation.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
