Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented "Sales Manager - Industrial Adhesives" to drive growth within our industrial sealant product line. Based in Pune, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key accounts, focusing on OEM and B2B sales within the industrial sector (Automotive,Auto Ancillary,White Goods Indutry). This role involves a blend of technical sales expertise, client relationship management, and strategic business development. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and operations, to ensure seamless customer service and achieve sales targets. Your efforts will directly impact our market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within the sealant product category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for sealants and anaerobic sealant products within the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the industrial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEM clients ( Automotive, Auto Ancillary, White Goods Manufactures etc.)and other B2B customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored sealant solutions.

- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our sealant products to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to secure profitable business deals and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market data, and prepare reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences to promote our sealant products and generate new leads.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the industrial sector, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEM clients and other B2B customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain the features and benefits of sealant products to potential clients.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
