Job Description
Position Title: Manager -C&S
Position reports to : VP- Market Operations
Qualification
CA/ICWA/MBA (finance) or equivalent
Proficiency in excel and programming knowledge, preferably
Experience
Minimum experience of 10 years in Exchange/Broking/Mutual Fund domain. Shall have experience in exchange settlement process and exchange compliances, bank reconciliation, handling audit. The candidate should be leading and managing a team of employees under him.
Activities
Clearing & Settlement of exchange
Assessing financial risks and systemic risks and implementing processes to mitigate it
Computation and Processing of Member Obligations and intermediaries payments like transportation charges etc..
Processing of Tax Invoices and related compliances
Compliance and Inspection of Members
