SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Role: SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 9+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acts as a global SME, offering technical guidance on system architecture, processes, and management best practices, ensuring effective implementation of Operations IT/OT MET 1 solutions across various sites and initiatives.

• Leads and supports large-scale projects and M&A/divestiture activities, including data identification, cleansing, migration, validation, testing, and defect resolution.
• Drives data readiness strategy and integration planning, partnering cross-functionally to ensure risk mitigation, system alignment, and continuous improvement in data management tools and practices.
• Proficient in data management tools such as Power BI, SAP BODS, S4 HANA, LSMW and Information Steward.

  Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field with fluency in English and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, Maintenance, Turnaround, or related technical roles.
• Over 5 years of hands on experience with SAP PM and/or MRO modules, including work process roles like Planner, Work Activity Coordinator, or Inventory Coordinator.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data analytics, design technical solution in the SAP space and knowledge in SAP standard configuration space and other SAP modules such as Purchasing, Finance etc., is a plus.
• Preferred Project Management knowledge or certification such as 6 sigma and SAP related certification such as TERP 10.
