    Free Workshop
    As a Recruiting Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of 5+ recruiters. Your main focus will be to own and close strategic hiring requirements efficiently. You will work towards improving sourcing effectiveness and reducing Turn Around Time. It will be part of your role to bring in process improvements to streamline the recruitment process. Collaborating with stakeholders is key to ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

    To excel in this role, you should possess 3-5 years of recruitment experience. Team handling experience with a minimum of 5 members is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required to effectively carry out your responsibilities. Being hands-on with sourcing tools and modern hiring practices will also be beneficial in this position.,
