Job Title: Zonal Manager - West (MH/ GJ/ MP/CG)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

No. of Vacancies: 1

Experience: Experience -12 -15 year (Candidate should have relevant experience in Bio Stimulant/ Plant Nutrition/ Agrochemicals)

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy -

  1. Drive Business growth , Collection efficiency in the states of MH/GJ/MP/CG
  2. Build annual Business plan aligned with cropping pattern.

Channel Management

  1. Expand & strengthen Distributor -retailer network across the zone
  2. Drive innovative channel model for driving business on cash
  3. Design & implement channel scheme to counter competition

Team Leadership

  1. Lead, coach & review team to drive performance
  2. Ensure high field coverage and sales execution
  3. Build strong talent pipeline for the zone

Market Activities

  1. Drive new/existing products and brand visibility through farmer meetings, demonstration and dealer training
  2. Convert market intelligence into actionable sales plan

Regulatory Linkage

  1. Liaison with state agriculture departments for regulatory activities

Critical Skills

  1. Sales strategy and planning
  2. High proficiency in sales analytics, customer relations and forecasting
  3. Strong Networking Ability
  4. Fluent in local language, Hindi and English

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales tracking tools

6.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Education Qualification

  • Minimum: B.Sc. in Agriculture
  • Preferred: M.Sc. Agriculture / Agri Business Management (ABM)
