The Role

As an AI Engineering Lead at Searce, you arent here to chase cool tech — you are here to build useful tech. You will lead the development of Agentic AI solutions that dont just generate text, but execute tasks. Youll own the technical direction, architect scalable AI systems, and deliver high-impact outcomes for global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & deploy production-grade Agentic AI and LLM-powered solutions
• Lead the full lifecycle: design → coding → testing → deployment
• Build RAG frameworks, multi-agent workflows, and inference-optimized systems
• Own MLOps pipelines — monitoring, retraining, and reliability at scale
• Work directly with clients as the trusted technical authority
• Mentor a squad of AI Engineers; foster a solver culture
• Translate complex business requirements into executable technical roadmaps

Must-Have Skills

Technical

• Experience: 6+ years in AI/ML Engineering (hands-on, production-grade)
• Agentic AI: Multi-agent orchestration, autonomous workflows, LLM task execution
• LLMs & GenAI: GPT, Gemini, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RLHF
• RAG Frameworks: Vector DBs, semantic search, context pipelines
• MLOps: CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, retraining, drift detection
• Cloud: GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, GKE) | AWS (SageMaker, Lambda)
• Coding: Python — hands-on, not just supervisory

Domain

• Industry: Exposure to FinTech | Healthcare | SCM | Logistics
• Client Delivery: Direct client-facing experience in consulting or product delivery

Bonus Points

• Built AI Copilots, plugins, or agentic automation frameworks
• Low-Code / No-Code fluency (Power Platform or similar)
• Thought Leadership — blogs, talks, or open-source contributions
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience
• Background in product/engineering before moving into AI architecture
