Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Organize and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the key employees, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing.
- Coordinate visits of national and international guests including logistics, hospitality, agenda planning, and welcome kits.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and external visitors to ensure a seamless experience.
- Plan and execute corporate meetings, off-sites, conferences, and team-building events. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders for event logistics, catering, AV setup, and post-event feedback collection.
- Manage the Directors calendar with utmost confidentiality and efficiency.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and calls, ensuring optimal time utilization.
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and minutes as required.
- Create, edit, and format high-impact PowerPoint presentations for meetings, reviews, and conferences.
- Compile, analyze, and present data for monthly/quarterly MIS reports and business dashboards.
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, and performance metrics regularly.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
- Excellent command over MS Office Suite especially PowerPoint, Excel (for MIS), Outlook, and Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
