Land Legal Manager - Real Estate

Need someone who is constantly dealing with Govt. bodies (collector, tehsildar, bmc, midc, etc)
WORK EXPERIENCE: 5 years must be in hard core real estate and revenue matters, dealing with Government officials and various authorities under land and revenue department. Should adept in handling complex land and revenue matters. Must be proficient in MS office and Marathi language.
JOB DESCRIPTION :

(i) Experience in Land and revenue related matters and having working knowledge of the local land laws.
(ii) Co-ordinating with the Group Companies for handling all matters related to land and revenue.
(iii) Verifying the documents and procuring additional documents, if required, from authorities and maintaining database of all land records.
(iv) Drafting of conveyance deed/sale deed or in the alternative co-ordinate with the local advocate for drafting and finalisation of the conveyance deed/sale deed.
(v) Co-ordinating with the concerned team for registration of the conveyance deed/sale deed
(vi) Responsible for issuing and replying to Legal notices and all routine correspondences related to land and revenue.
(vii) Be updated with latest laws and judgments related to land and revenue matters and capable of providing an opinion.
(viii) Tracking status/ outcomes of the cases filed by/ against the company and maintenance of case lists, records and MIS with updation of cases.
(ix) Providing legal inputs, guidance, feedback and advise on all land and revenue matters.
