About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Officerto lead our security initiatives and ensure compliance with financial industry regulations. The role involves implementing, monitoring, and maintaining data security controls, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks (ISO, RBI, NPCI).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage information security policies and procedures.

Manage firewall and web access controls to safeguard organizational data.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and financial sector regulations (RBI/NPCI).

Monitor and respond to security events using SIEM, DLP, and XDR tools.

Collaborate with IT teams to drive secure cloud (AWS) and Microsoft 365 environments.

Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and incident response drills.

Manage user access lifecycle, MFA, and conditional access policies.

PreferredSkills & Experience:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security / IT Security.

Strong expertise in endpoint protection, firewalls, VPN, DLP, SIEM, and XDR tools.

Proven experience with Microsoft 365 security (MFA, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).

Familiarity with

In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001, RBI, NPCI security guidelines.

Proficiency in tools like TrendMicro, Mimecast, ManageEngine, IBM Qradar, Wireshark, VPN solutions.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and incident management skills.
