Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser, based in Gurugram. The Merchandiser will be responsible for product planning, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and overseeing product presentation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design, production, and sales teams, analyzing market trends, and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales. The Merchandiser will also play a key role in addressing customer preferences and maintaining brand standards.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure clear interactions with stakeholders and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Sales and Retail operations to drive revenue and manage inventory effectively.
• Marketing knowledge and the ability to analyze trends to align products with current market demand.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Prior experience in merchandising or in the fashion and retail industry is advantageous.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
