Job Description
You will oversee the full sales process from lead generation and client acquisition through negotiations, contract execution, and project award. The position requires a highly sales-driven and commercially focused professional with extensive experience within the UAE interior design and fit-out industry, strong negotiation capabilities, proven project acquisition experience, and an established network within the market.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:MAIN SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITESSales & Revenue Generation
- Lead and drive all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure new interior design projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, F&B, and luxury villa sectors.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, KPI requirements, and revenue objectives established by management.
- Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities, qualified leads, and project opportunities within the UAE market.
- Generate sales through networking, referrals, cold outreach, strategic partnerships, market research, exhibitions, and direct client engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active sales opportunities and continuously drive project acquisition efforts.
- Convert qualified leads into signed contracts and long-term business relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize company revenue, market visibility, and business growth.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Lead all commercial negotiations related to project fees, payment terms, scope of work, and contract agreements.
- Identify high-value projects, upcoming developments, and new market opportunities aligned with the company’s commercial objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to ensure targets are achieved.
- Maintain accountability for overall sales performance and project acquisition results.
- Develop strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, property owners, and corporate clients across the UAE.
- Utilize existing industry connections and continuously expand professional networks to generate business opportunities and increase sales.
- Actively pursue new clients and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand project requirements and position ELE Interior Design services effectively.
- Ensure exceptional client service and professional communication throughout the sales and negotiation process.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities and secure project awards.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and ongoing partnerships.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, business meetings, and industry functions, including participating in speaking engagements and presentations to promote the company, its services, and brand presence.
- Promote not only ELE Interior Design services, but also support and introduce other companies and departments within the Group whenever relevant, always contributing toward the overall growth, visibility, and commercial success of the Group.
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on revenue growth, market expansion, and increased project acquisition.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, client demands, pricing structures, and upcoming developments within the market.
- Identify new sectors, business channels, and commercial opportunities that support company growth objectives.
- Contribute to the company’s strategic positioning within the UAE interior design and fit-out industry.
- Analyze market conditions and sales performance to improve sales effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Strengthen brand visibility and market presence through strategic networking and relationship-building activities.
- Represent the company and Group at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, networking functions, and business forums, including participation in speaking engagements, panel discussions, and presentations to promote the company’s expertise and services.
Sales Leadership & Project Acquisition
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification, client meetings, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization through project award.
- Prepare and oversee tailored company presentations, commercial proposals, fee structures, and project submissions aligned with client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate closely with the design and management teams to ensure accurate project scoping, proposal preparation, timelines, and commercial positioning.
- Drive conversion of qualified leads into signed contracts and successfully secured projects.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with prospective clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain project momentum.
- Support management in forecasting revenue pipelines, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Maintain accountability for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, revenue goals, and KPI requirements.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Oversee and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, reporting, and sales forecasting.
- Ensure all sales activities, client communications, proposals, and project updates are consistently recorded and maintained within the CRM system
- Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding business development activities, project opportunities, sales performance, and pipeline status.
- Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and business opportunities to improve commercial performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead weekly sales and business development meetings with management to review targets, priorities, project opportunities, and market activity.
Team Collaboration & Group Representation
- Identify opportunities to introduce, promote, and support other businesses or departments within the group whenever appropriate, always prioritizing the overall success and growth of the group.
- Coordinate with the Founders, Studio Manager, and internal departments to strengthen client relationships, referrals, networking opportunities, and business partnerships.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), sales reporting tools, and presentation software.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel when required for client meetings, project visits, networking events, exhibitions, speaking engagements, and other business development activities across the UAE, GCC region, and internationally.

- Driving License & Vehicle: Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven business development and senior sales experience within the UAE interior design and fit-out industry.
- Market Network: Established professional relationships with UAE-based developers, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, corporate clients, and property owners.
- Commercial Expertise: Proven track record in securing high-value interior design projects, generating revenue, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
