About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team at Selections HR. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and source relevant talent
- Screen candidates via calls and assess fitment
- Coordinate interviews and track hiring progress
- Maintain candidate pipeline and closure reports
- Build strong talent networks for future hiring
