About the Role

We are hiring a high-impact Strategic Operations Lead to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-scaling mobility platform organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, commercial execution, and operating model governance.

The mandate is to ensure business growth is supported by structured capacity planning, execution discipline, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Drive annual operating planning and multi-year growth roadmaps
• Ensure alignment between sales commitments, product releases, and operational capacity
• Design scalable operating frameworks and governance mechanisms
• Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to improve execution reliability
• Mznitor KPIs, margins, and performance guardrails
• Identify system bottlenecks and enable data-driven decision-making
• Support leadership with structured reviews and strategic insights

Relevant Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Founders Office / Strategy / Business Operations roles
• Exposure to mobility, EV, automotive tech, or platform-led businesses or high growth startup preferred
• Strong understanding of operating models, S&OP, and capacity planning
