Civil Engineer/ Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

Project management and execution

• Coordinate the execution of pharmaceutical Plant / Project, including all civil and MEP works.
• Act as a link between design teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
  

Technical and quality oversight

• Ensure all civil and structural work adheres to strict pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the design and construction of facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local rules.
• Monitor civil and MEP system performance and assist with any problems that arise.
• Coordinate with quality control and assurance teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Site and stakeholder management

• Manage and supervise on-site construction teams to ensure work is performed according to design specifications and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety measures on the construction site.
• Assist in surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations.

Address and troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
