Process Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate, located in Chennai. The Process Associate will be responsible for managing client interactions, analyzing and improving business processes, handling finance-related tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include processing and managing client requests, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are crucial aspects of this role.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Background in Finance
