Job Description
- As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you will collaborate closely with team members to ensure data integrity and provide support for Workday HCM solutions. Your responsibilities will include assisting HRIS users with Workday functionality, monitoring and resolving incidents, ensuring documentation of support activities, data loads through EIB, building reports, responding to user inquiries, providing expert-level support, participating in testing efforts, and maintaining accurate records of user interactions.
You should have 2+ years of experience in Workday HRIS L1 Project, strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with Core HCM and Recruiting modules, inspiring cross-functional teams, customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills are mandatory. Additionally, extensive experience with Workday HCM System, thorough understanding of HR processes, and excellent communication skills are considered good-to-have.

While possession of Workday HCM certification is a plus, it is not mandatory for this role. This is a full-time position with a US shift schedule and remote work mode.
