Job Description
- As an Interior Fit-Out Manager based in New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects. Your responsibilities include managing the entire interior fit-out process, collaborating with architects and designers, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and within budget constraints.
You will be tasked with preparing and managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising on quality. Your leadership skills will be essential in coordinating site teams, conducting regular meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Quality control and safety management will also be a key aspect of your role, where you will need to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety requirements. As the main point of contact for clients, effective communication and stakeholder management will be vital to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your qualifications should ideally include a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects. Strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and knowledge of building materials and construction techniques are essential for success in this role.

In addition, certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) and Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH) would be advantageous. This full-time position may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines and travel to various job sites as needed.
