Experience: 10 years

• Required:10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in payments, risk systems, platform modernization, or large-scale technology transformation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, and data design Good proficiency in Python
• Strong experience with relational databases: Postgres, SQLServer, or MySQL. Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance Model data solutions for high performance and reliability.
• Strong strategic thinking, influencing skills, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Product management platform modernization Product Management Payments, Risk systems AgileISO8583 messaging systems Machine learning Real-time risk modeling CICD
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for Postgres, SQLServer, or MySQL databases.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and articulate business problems to drive technical solutions
