Job Description
- Maintain and update employee data using Zoho People.
- Assist with payroll activities via Zoho Payroll.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes through Zoho Recruit.
- Help organize and improve onboarding and orientation programs.
- Collaborate with HR team members on culture and engagement initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Strong knowledge in Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Recruit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field.
