Key Responsibilities:
- Presales & Proposal Support
- Collaborate with the Presales team to understand client requirements and solution architecture.
- Support the creation of tailored technical and functional proposals aligned with client needs.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and supporting artefacts.
- Assist in solution positioning, effort estimation inputs, and scope definition.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct requirement elicitation through client meetings, workshops, and discussions.
- Translate business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability of requirements.
- Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management
- Participate in client meetings (domestic and international) to gather, validate, and clarify requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients, presales, and technical teams.
- Address client queries related to requirements, scope, and solution approach.
- Documentation & Artefact Management
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including:
- BRDs / FRDs
- Process flows and use cases
- Requirement traceability matrices (RTM)
- Presentations and solution documents
- Ensure all documentation follows defined standards and best practices.
- Collaboration & Delivery Support
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Support development and QA teams during implementation and UAT phases.
- Assist in change management by analyzing requirement changes and impact.
Skills & Competencies:
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in business analysis and requirement documentation.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, proposals, and presales documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Technical & Tool Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart (preferred).
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT services, consulting, or product-based environments.
- Experience in presales or client-facing roles is a strong advantage.

- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Willingness to work with global clients across time zones.
