Job Description
- As a Business Analyst at SentientGeeks, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for bridging the gap between clients and technical teams. Your main focus will be on understanding client requirements, particularly from international markets, and translating them into actionable solutions. To excel in this role, you must possess a solid grasp of technology and possess effective communication skills.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the Presales team to create tailored technical proposals that meet client needs and align with solution architecture. You will work closely with technical teams to interpret and document business and technical requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing high-quality Proposals, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and other necessary documents.
Participating in client meetings, both domestic and international, to gather and clarify requirements will be a crucial part of your role. You will also be responsible for translating business objectives into clear technical specifications, identifying risks early on, and assisting in contingency planning. Managing scope changes, maintaining communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring timely delivery of documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.

To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Application, Bachelor of Technology, or MCA, along with at least 3 years of experience in business analysis within the IT industry, preferably in an IT service-based environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record in preparing proposals and BRDs are essential. You should be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Additionally, having a basic understanding of market APIs and integration flows will be beneficial for this role.,
