Job Description
- As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software applications. Your expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, particularly Ruby on Rails and React.js, will be key in delivering robust and scalable solutions. You will lead the full lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring code quality, and contributing strategically to the technology roadmap.
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership to a team of full-stack engineers, designing scalable back-end systems using Ruby on Rails, developing user-friendly front-end interfaces with React.js, and seamlessly integrating applications with AWS services. You will also be responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of software applications, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated with the latest technology trends.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least 8 years of experience in full-stack web development, deep proficiency in Back-End Web Development principles, and extensive experience in Full-Stack Development. You should also have a solid understanding of React.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS services, CSS, and responsive design principles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with experience in leading projects and teams.
