Job Description

What role you will play in team: Identify and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, utilizing various online and offline channels to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.

What you will do: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, manage lead generation campaigns, utilize various marketing channels to generate leads, nurture leads and qualify them for sales team.

Key responsibility:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across various channels (e.g., content marketing, social media, email marketing, paid advertising).
  • Manage lead generation campaigns, track key metrics, and analyze performance.
  • Utilize various online and offline channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Nurture leads through targeted communications and content.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and campaign performance.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in using various marketing tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
