About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Manager who is a strong team player with a passion for understanding enterprise business needs and translating them into impactful solutions.
The role involves working closely with the sales team to design, demonstrate, and deliver Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions using our flagship platforms-ServoStreams BPM and ServoDocs EDMS-across multiple business verticals, primarily in the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team during client meetings to understand business requirements and propose tailored solutions.

- Design, develop, and deliver compelling POCs and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Translate complex business processes into scalable BPM and EDMS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales.
- Conceptualize solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance guidelines of BFSI governing bodies.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer expectations.
- Support pre-sales documentation, proposals, and solution presentations.
Required Qualifications:
- B./B.Tech and/or MBA with 5+ years of experience in business applications or pre-sales roles.
- Prior experience in the BFSI domain will be a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, BPM, and document management solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
