About the Role:


- We are looking for a Sales Executive to support our IT software sales initiatives across BFSI and technology-driven industries.


- The role involves prospecting, solution selling, and supporting the complete sales cycle for enterprise software products.


- This position is ideal for professionals who are enthusiastic, target-driven, and eager to grow in B2B software sales.


Key Responsibilities:


- Support business solution selling and consultative selling of IT software products


- Assist in planning and achieving assigned sales targets


- Execute the sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, and closures


- Identify customer needs and communicate product value propositions


- Map key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts


- Generate leads from multiple sources and help maintain a healthy sales pipeline


- Conduct customer research and promote industry-specific solutions, especially for BFSI


- Support account management activities and nurture long-term customer relationships


- Coordinate with pre-sales teams to organize product demos and presentations


- Participate in sales meetings, proposals, and negotiations


Desired Profile:


- Exposure to IT software sales; BFSI domain knowledge is an added advantage


- Strong interest in B2B sales and enterprise technology solutions


- Enthusiastic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset


Qualifications:


- BE / B.Tech / MBA or equivalent qualification

- 24 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably IT or software products


Essential Skills:


- Strong verbal and written communication skills


- Good presentation and interpersonal abilities


- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification


- Passion for field sales and meeting targets


- Willingness to learn and grow in a consultative sales environment
