Job Description
- As a Quality Assurance Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing requirements and specifications and defining test conditions
- Designing, developing, and executing detailed test plans and test cases
- Working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of business functionality with the required quality
- Performing UI testing to guarantee a seamless user experience
- Implementing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
- Collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to uphold quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects and issues
- Continuously improving QA processes and methodologies
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Estimating and performing risk analysis for quality delivery
- Preparing and presenting test reports and metrics to management

Qualifications and Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Proven experience as a QA Test Engineer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with UI testing tools and frameworks
- Expertise in API testing and working with REST and SOAP services, understanding of SOA architecture
- Experience in testing complex integrated software systems
- Design and development of automated API tests using tools like Postman/Newman
- Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL databases, T-SQL, writing SQL queries, stored procedures, RDBMS
- Experience with Tricentis TOSCA test suite, Amdocs network orchestration tools, Ginger test suite, and AI-driven testing tools
- Integration of AI solutions into existing testing frameworks
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
