Key Account Manager - SME

We're looking for a proactiveKey Account Managerto take ownership of mid-sized client portfolios, ensuring seamless onboarding, renewals, and day-to-day servicing. This role sits between junior coordinators and senior account managers perfect for someone ready to step up, manage complex client needs, and drive strong retention.

What you'll do:

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Oversee the full policy lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and claims support.
• 
  Work closely with brokers and insurers to secure competitive terms.
• Guide junior team members and coordinate across claims, invoicing, and endorsements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company processes.
