As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for an SEO/ASO Executive to strengthen our visibility and organic reach across web and app platforms.

Role Overview:

The Finance Controller will lead all financial controlling activities, ensuring robust internal controls, accurate reporting, and financial compliance. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial planning, cost control, budgeting, and statutory compliance. This role requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) with proven controlling experience in a reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Controlling & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, management dashboards, and board presentations.
• Drive variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, recommending corrective actions.
  
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS.

Audit & Compliance:

• Prepare for an audit ensuring all schedules, reconciliations, and working papers are complete and accurate.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, etc.).
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate filings.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting process.
• Partner with business units to track financial performance against targets.
• Implement cost control measures without compromising operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes.
• Implement best practices in controlling, accounting, and compliance.
• Oversee ERP/accounting system configurations and improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5-8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven financial controlling experience in a reputed, well-structured company.
• Strong exposure to audits (Big 4/Big 6 preferred), statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Excellent understanding of Indian GAAP, IFRS, and taxation.
• Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
