Role & responsibilities:


Regional Business Development Manager South India


(Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai; based in Bangalore)


(Product Line: Modular Glass Partitions)


The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and marketing of Modular Glass Partitions across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.


The role involves close collaboration with leading architects, interior design firms, project management consultants (PMCs), and clients to promote, specify, and execute solutions in premium office interior projects.


The position will report to the Export Director (Italy) and work closely with the Indian Exclusive Dealer.


Key Responsibilities


- Drive sales and business development for Modular Glass Partitions in South India


- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs, clients, and general contractors


- Work with architects and designers to ensure product specification in project BOQs


- Implement sales strategies and brand-building initiatives to improve market awareness and penetration


- Present product mock-ups and solutions to clients and design stakeholders


- Manage and coordinate with the exclusive dealer to ensure smooth project execution


- Liaise with the support team in Italy for:


- Transmission of technical and commercial information


- Marketing materials and documentation


- Order confirmations


- Monitoring production and delivery schedules


Candidate Profile


- 4 to 7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing of premium products in the office interiors segment


- Established network and strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs, clients, and GCs

- Proven experience in spec-driven sales and project-based business


- Strong presentation skills, including mock-up demonstrations


- Experience managing dealer networks and project execution


- Excellent communication skills, especially for coordination with international teams


- Strong interpersonal abilities with a solution-oriented mindset
