Shutdown Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage shutdowns for oil & gas, Cement and petrochemical plants to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) for shutdown planning and execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during shutdowns by conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures.
  
  
  
• Develop detailed shutdown plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to execute planned maintenance activities during shutdown periods.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years of experience in Boiler Shutdown Management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of boiler operations, maintenance schedules, and shutdown procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to analyze data from various sources to optimize plant performance during shutdowns.
