As a Dealer Systems Business Analyst, you will manage and support the ordering, inventory tracking, and pricing processes for key Microsoft products between the Dealers, Business (Product Management), and IT
-Collaborating with accounting to update and maintain current product pricing and billing processes.
-Developing new order processes in growth regions.
-Supporting the annual planning of the Microsoft ordering process with the Enterprise Desktop Applications Team.
-Supporting and monitoring the dealers order fulfillment process for Microsoft Products
-Proactively managing, tracking, and maintaining Microsoft software entitlements.
-Addressing dealer inquiries related to Microsoft licensing.
-Driving efficiencies in this area through automation and tools such as Power Platform, and helping to define best practices

What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
Financial Analyst and Supply Management Experience (Preferred)
Process oriented, disciplined and organized, with strong attention to detail.
Project management experience and/or experience leading change management efforts.
Experience with financial analysis, thinking critically, and demonstrating results.
Experience with the ability to drive, lead, and execute change.
Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to work with a variety of business partners.
