Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

• Oversee daily hub operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
  
• Ensure timely sorting, scanning, and dispatch of shipments.
  
• Monitor delivery timelines and reduce exceptions (RTO, delays, undelivered orders).
  
• Maintain accuracy in shipment counts and inventory.
  

2. Team & Manpower Management

• Manage Delivery Associates, Hub Executives, and support staff.
  

• Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate manpower availability.
  
• Conduct regular team meetings and training on SOPs and safety.
  

3. Performance Tracking

• Monitor daily KPIs: TAT, delivery success rate, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  
• Analyze operational data and take corrective actions for improvement.
  
• Share daily and weekly performance reports with regional leadership.
  

4. Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Resolve customer/escalation issues related to delivery and pickup.

• Coordinate with merchants, partner teams, and customer support.
  
• Maintain strong communication with area managers and other hubs.
  

5. Compliance & Process Adherence

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety guidelines, and audit requirements.
  
• Maintain cleanliness, asset management, and hub discipline.
  
• Conduct regular audits of cash handling, POD, and shipment movement.
  

6. Infrastructure & Resource Management

• Manage hub space, equipment, vehicles, and technology tools.
