- This position requires the ability to analyze and draft large and complex contracts, as well as, reviewing terms and conditions associated with ongoing business transactions.
- Communicating with the Revenue Department
- Providing legal advice and support in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Application Development/Management Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Outsourcing Agreements (including Business Process Outsourcing), Framework Agreements, sub-contracts, public sector deals and procurement;
- Ad hoc legal advice relating to the general operations of the company;
- Assisting with the legal sign-off on deals
- Performing litigation/non-litigation work
- Assisting with the keeping the company contracts and guidelines/policies up to date
