Position- Article Assistant
Department- Internal Audit & SEBI Compliance
Location- Sion & GTB Nagar, Mumbai
Work Timings- 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Engagement Type- Articleship (ICAI Registered Students)
Role Responsibilities
Audit Execution: Conduct internal audits aligned with SEBI regulations.
Process Review: Identify irregularities and offer actionable improvements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure clients comply with SEBI and stock exchange rules.
Client Interaction: Collect required data and provide clear audit explanations.
Documentation: Maintain organized audit records and draft detailed reports.
Learning & Development: Stay updated with industry practices and circulars.
