Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits of Authorized
Persons under stockbrokers

Execute physical as well as
virtual audits for Authorized Persons.

Review and assess compliance of
SEBI and exchange
·
Assist in designing and
executing audit programs and testing strategies
·
Identify gaps, share findings
with clients, and suggest actionable improvements
·
Ensure timely and accurate
documentation and audit reporting
·
Coordinate with team members
and support overall audit delivery
