Salesman Cum Mobile Phone Technician`

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, tablets, accessories, and other gadgets based on their needs and budget.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions, invoicing, and maintain accurate sales records.
• (Optional, but Preferred) : Diagnose and repair mobile phones (both hardware and software issues), including screen replacements, battery changes, and software flashing.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and organize product displays to ensure a clean and appealing showroom.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile devices, features, and market trends.
• (Optional, but preferred): Perform basic repairs on laptops, smartwatches, and other digital devices.
• Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service areas in proper working condition.
• Ensure excellent customer service and work to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile phone sales and technical repair.
• Strong knowledge of smartphones, tablets, accessories, and mobile operating systems (Android & iOS).
• (Optional, but preferred): Skilled in diagnosing and repairing mobile phone issues such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging problems, and software troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of customer behavior and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers efficiently

• Basic knowledge of laptop repair, smartwatches, and other smart devices is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required (knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
• Must be presentable, honest, and customer-oriented.
• Immediate joiners preferred (Visit visa or transferable visa candidates are welcome).
• Willing to work in Al Karama, Dubai, in a retail shop environment.
