Executive - Environmental Sustainability

Job Overview & Requirement:

The person shall be assisting in routine activities of Environmental Sustainability for all of LSD Bengaluru facilities including Hyderabad and upcoming units in South and will coordinate and report to CET at HO. The person will be responsible for implementation of corrective actions of observations reported during any audit and send its status report to CET.

:

? Co-ordinate with each units respective departments to gather EHS-related data and report to Central Environment Team (CET) and Unit Head.

? Monthly submissions of Environmental Performance Data on H&M supplier portal and its validation by third party.

? Shall be responsible for Higg FEM & FDM submission and it verification by third party. Implement corrective action plans and regular follow ups

? Chemical Management at South units with CIL maintenance, submission & Incheck report and its verification.

? Handling ZDHC programs at respective units.

? Attends brand program and update respective project status on and offline including handling audits, nominated sustainability responsible for brands from units. ? ETP assessment preparations for H&M approved units.

? Reviews various regulatory submissions from units before being submitted to the legal team. ? Updates about shortcomings and gaps in South LSD units for various compliances.

? Training unit teams for various environmental requirements/ programs.

? Coordinates with unit team & legal teams for regulatory submissions.
